GeoOp Migration from T-Suite to Telstra Apps Marketplace FAQs

Q: Why is my existing GeoOp rate plan changing?

A: We are introducing new packaged pricing plans to provide you with more flexibility to manage your GeoOp users whilst providing price certainty each month. You can now add or remove users up to the maximum number of users permitted on your plan, and your monthly GeoOp costs will remain the same.

 

Q: Can I stay on my existing GeoOp plan?

A: No the existing GeoOp pricing plans will not be supported in the Telstra Apps marketplace and all existing customers will be migrated to the  new plans.

 

Q: I am currently on a 24-month contract. Will this contract continue once I move into the Telstra Apps Marketplace?

A: The new GeoOp plans will no longer provide a 24-month contract option. All plans are now provided on a month to month basis and if you are currently on a 24-month contract, you will be automatically released from contract without incurring any Early Termination Charges (ETCs).

 

Q: What are my options if I do not want to change GeoOp plans?

A: You may cancel your existing GeoOp licences

 

Q: Who will be my GeoOp Administrator in the Telstra Apps Marketplace?

A: It will be the same person that you nominated as your Administrator in T-Suite

 

Q: What changes will I notice in the Telstra Apps marketplace?

A: Administrators will now have the ability to manage your end users from within the Marketplace.

 

Q: Can I continue to purchase licences via T-Suite?

A: You will be able to continue purchasing licences in T-Suite up until XX. After this date, you will no longer be able to make any changes to your GeoOp account from within T-Suite

 

Q: How will I know that my services have been migrated to the new Telstra Apps Marketplace?

A: You will receive an email notification to advise you once your services have been migrated to the Telstra Apps Marketplace successfully and you will be able to manage them from this portal from Monday 13th July.

 

Q: Will I be able to continue managing my services in T-Suite?

A: No T-Suite is being decommissioned and all existing services will be moved across into the new Telstra Apps marketplace
