I didn't receive an order confirmation email

Once we receive your online order, we'll send you an email shortly afterwards to confirm it.

If you haven't received an email from us within 24 hours of ordering, please be sure to check your Junk Email folder first. Our email may have been incorrectly flagged as spam (junk email). If you still haven't received a confirmation email from us 24 hours after placing your order and wish to confirm, please call 1300 131 113.

Once you receive a confirmation email, you should receive your order within 2 working days of that email for a metropolitan address and 5 days for a regional address.

Over 70per cent* of our metro customers who order their mobile phone online before 12pm get it delivered the next business day. It may take up to 5 days for regional addresses (dependent on stock availability).

Please note: Once your order is accepted, timings are subject to stock availability and we will contact you if there are any issues with the product ordered. There may also be a delay if we need to contact you for further information to complete your order, or if your order is placed on a public holiday.
