My Telstra bill shows a different edition of McAfee® SaaS Endpoint Protection to the one I purchased

There are two editions of the McAfee SaaS Endpoint Protection service. Up until 1 April 2017, these services were incorrectly described on your Telstra bill.

  • McAfee SaaS Endpoint Protection was incorrectly described as ‘McAfee EPP Advance’
  • McAfee SaaS Endpoint Protection Advanced was incorrectly described as ‘McAfee EPP’

This was an error in the text description of your bill only, and has now been rectified.

There were no impacts to the services themselves. Both service editions were provided correctly and billed the correct fees.
