Q: I’m a T-Suite Administrator, what's changing when my Symantec Endpoint Protection service is moving from T-Suite to Telstra App Marketplace?

A: The main change is the way the T-Suite administrator and additional administrators access the Symantec management console. In Telstra Apps Marketplace you’ll access the console by clicking on the Symantec Endpoint app icon. Please note you’ll need to have activated SSO. Q: I’m a Symantec Administrator, what's changing when my company Symantec Endpoint Protection service is moving from T-Suite to Telstra App Marketplace?

A: If you’re an additional administrator in the Symantec management console, you can go directly to the site using this URL after 13th July: https://telstra.cmes.symanteccloud.com. The URL won’t work until you’ve activated single sign-on (SSO). Please click here for instructions on how to activate SSO for additional Symantec Endpoint Protection administrators.

 

Q: What is the Telstra Apps Marketplace account activation email?

A: This is the email that will be sent to all existing T-Suite administrators and additional administrators on 13 July, asking them to activate their Telstra Apps Marketplace account.
