What do I do if the cables I received with my equipment aren't long enough?

The cables for the Digital Phone and Router are approximately 2m long, and you can buy longer cables in computer shops. For digital devices, such as a router or a digital phone, you’ll need Ethernet cables, also known as RJ45 cables. For analogue devices such as Eftpos or fax, you’ll need phone cables, also known as RJ12 cables. The length of cable you need depends on where you locate your devices relative to the router.

Alternatively, you can call an electrician to measure and supply cables, and this expense isn't covered by Telstra.
