1. Go to Your Telstra Tools
2. Click on ‘Services’ and ‘Mobile / Mobile Broadband’.
3. If you have access to the Mobile Data Usage Meter, a Mobile phone / Mobile broadband dashboard will appear. If you require access, refer to the ‘Your Profile’ section in the Your Telstra Tools help tab.
4. On the Mobile/Mobile broadband dashboard select a mobile number from the list on the left.
5. Click on ‘Activate a replacement SIM card’
6. Complete form and hit submit
