Can I track the delivery of my order?

If you purchased a post-paid mobile or a SIM on a plan, you can track delivery by opening the Telstra Online Order update email we sent and click 'online'.  Alternatively, visit www.startrack.com.au, select 'Enter Reference Numbers' and type in your SBS order number.
If you are inquiring with regards to delivery of your Pre-Paid or Connected Home Online Shop purchase (your order number begins with 'PPS' or 'DA'), please contact us on 1300 131 113 and quote the order number.
