What services could help me after I've moved?

We appreciate that moving location (and possibly changing phone numbers) can make it hard for customers to find you, so there are a number of services you can use to keep those vital calls coming through on your new number.

 

They include:

Call Forward
(Transfer calls from your old number to your mobile or new number - especially during your move.)

Number Redirection
Divert calls from your old number to the new one, with a message advising callers of your new number.

MessageBank Away
Leave a pre-recorded message advising callers on the old number of your new move and new details (including address, phone number etc.)

13 or 18 numbers
Telstra Priority and Freecall numbers can follow you no matter how many times you move. So once your new telephone connection is established, customers can continue to use your number to reach you.
